Head of the Center

Professor, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Academic Doctor. He obtained his doctoral degree at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. He conducted postdoctoral research at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich), within the Department of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering (D-ITET). He has authored approximately 70 scientific publications and 2 monographs. He has extensive experience in managing and implementing scientific research projects. He serves as an expert for the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia and the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement. He actively participates in Erasmus+ international projects and is a certified Cisco Network Academy instructor. He leads undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs at The University of Georgia.
